M323 - Transport of Cobalt dihydroxide in IBC's

Cobalt dihydroxide of PG I according to 2.2.61.1.7 by inhalation may be transported in IBCs. However, flexible IBCs are not permitted according to packaging instruction IBC07.

On 02 April 2020, Belgium submitted a multilateral agreement for the transport of cobalt dihydroxide, under UN 3288 Toxic Inorganic Solid, N.E.G., PG I.
It does allow the transport of flexible IBCs under certain conditions.
